Drury

Perhaps the Sabres planned all along to go with this core of players rather than the likes of Drury, Briere, and Campbell. The players we have signed to long term deals recently excluding the likes of Hecht all played together in Rochester during the lock out year. This cant just be a coincidence. I think this was the plan all along. Let these young prospects learn from the likes of Chris
